This case responded almost miraculously to Orthodontic treatment. This young boy had plenty of growth remaining as indicated on his X rays when he came to us. We therefore decided Not to remove any teeth in resolving this case of severe crowding. With well-strategized treatment planning  and growth anticipation, we could give absolutely delightful results to the young fella. But be warned, not all such cases respond so beautifully to this plan of treatment. It takes years of greying hair as an Orthodontist to understand and predict what works where.
