Case 1

She presented to us with severe crowding in her upper and lower front teeth. In order to correct her smile, we had to extract 4 teeth in each quadrant. Hence all the four 1st premolars were extracted. It took around 18-19 months for all the spaces to close and the teeth to align properly.

She came to us at  a much younger age, hence we executed her treatment in two phases. At the end of phase 2, since we had growth on your hand we could advance her lower jaw ahead and correcting her skeletal discrepancies along with giving her a brilliant smile.

Case 3

He presented to us with severe crowding in his upper and lower front teeth. In order to correct this young boy’s smile, we didn’t require to remove any teeth. Yet with optimal space utilization, we could accommodate all the teeth in a proper alignment giving him a pleasant smile.

She presented to us with severe crowding in her upper and lower front teeth. Here we did not remove any teeth to achieve the following results, instead we opted for expansion of the arches to accommodate all the teeth. This gave her a nice, broad, beautiful smile.

Case 5

She presented to us with forwardness of both upper and lower teeth along with minor regularities. Here we decided to remove 4 teeth in order to get her teeth back into the correct alignment and reduce the forwardness. Hence, all four 1st premolar teeth were extracted, all the spaces were close in round 18 months and her teeth were well aligned and settled beautifully.

Case 6

She presented to us with forwardness of both upper and lower teeth. In order to correct her smile and reduce her forwardness, we had to extract 4 teeth in each quadrant. Hence all the four 1st premolars were extracted. It took around 16-18th months to close all the spaces and push her teeth reasonably backwards, giving her a convincing smile.

Case 7

This young doctor came to us, having difficulty in speech as his teeth had spaces/gaps and were forwardly placed. Closing the gaps wasn’t the only option for us as it did not give us sufficient space to pull the teeth backwards, hence we opted for extraction of 4 teeth along with closing the gaps. The following results were achieved in about 18th-19th months, where all the gaps were closed along with pushing the teeth backwards and reducing the forwardness.

Case 8

He presented to us with severe crowding in both upper and lower arches and upper canines being placed completely outside the arch. In order to manage the space crunch we decided to remove 4 teeth i.e all 1st four premolars. This helped us decrowd both the arches successfully and also get the upper canines in proper alignment with the rest of teeth.

Case 9

He presented to us with excessive spaces in the upper teeth as the right canine with stuck in the jaw and could not find its way down. With the help of surgical procedures, the tooth was exposed and the gradually the right canine was got into alignment with the rest of the teeth.

She presented to us with single tooth crossbite on the right side leading to an off centred smile along with mild crowding in her lower teeth. Her treatment was straight forward and took around 10-12 months to correct with Invisalign.
